How To Enter

1. Before you can submit your project, you need to be logged into your account. If you don't have an account you can register for an account.
   When you have an account, remember to login.
2. Click Submit Entry.
3. Use the drop-down menu to select the category. (For Affordable Housing Excellence, first choose Project & Design Excellence.)
4. Complete the form and upload all photos. You’ll be guided through a couple of pages to enter the project details.
5. If you’re not ready to submit, be sure to Save Draft so your work is not lost.
6. On the third page, agree to the Terms and Conditions.
7. Click Proceed to Payment to pay the $175 fee.
8. Enter your credit card information and click Submit.

The Empire Building Awards, presented by Pella Windows, is the only statewide tribute to excellence in the home building industry and serves as a premier recognition program of the New York State Builders Association. We celebrate the builders, designers, and industry visionaries who are defining the future of the Empire State's residential communities.

From innovative sustainable single-family homes to high-rise residential projects, our awards highlight excellence in design innovation, craftsmanship, and community impact.

The Awards Ceremony will be held on March 26 during the kickoff luncheon of the LIBI Trade Expo at the Hilton in Huntington, Long Island. More details and registration information will be posted soon.

Projects completed in 2024 and 2025 are eligible for submission.
